Unfortunately Bungie cannot assist; you will need to be able to authenticate your account. You can try reaching out to steam customer support for help recovering your steam account so you can then authenticate it.

I have an Amazing question, who and why thought it was a good idea to let non fireteam members match up against players in a fireteam in Trials of Osiris? It really gives one side an advantage just because of communication. Please fix so players with no friends on Destiny have equal chance for flawless.

Cause trials has always been an end game pvp. Freelance comes around about once a month.

I keep getting the error "Plum." After I looked it up it said the error pops up if BattlEye Launcher detects a cheat software in my system; however, I am not using any cheat software, I simply want to enjoy the story mode and cant because I keep getting kicked out. Hello! I just purchased the Legacy Collection for the Microsoft Store (PC) version of D2 and I don't have the three Forsaken Cyphers that were said to be included in the Forsaken pack. I read online that I needed to go to the lost exotic statue thing in the tower to get them but nothing ever showed up? I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and verifying game files as best I can. Please help. That was really the only reason I wanted the pack and I'm feeling a little screwed. :/ Thanks

Please help me. I've played with the same wifi for 3 years. I got new equipment because since the latest update I CANOT have a stable connection. Error codes Bee, and Anteater. I'm still seeing the problem with new equipment. I understand wired in is preferred, but what really has changed that I can't reliably play?

Please help, For the past few months I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my game, it says I’m playing trial mode on Xbox one, and I have bought expansions and the base game. I try to open the tower, strikes or crucible and it says requires base game! I can only do dares of eternity and gambit. I also purchased the beyond light expansion, and it says I don’t have it when I go to play the campaign. I don’t even know if buying these expansions will help, or if even buying the witch queen expansion will help. Sorry about all that long writing, but please email me back and tell me what I can do, I just want to play the game.

On my Ps5 I have both the ps4 and Ps5 versions. On the ps4 version I have all my DLCs but on my ps5 version I do not. How do I get them on my ps5 version?

On the ps5 you will need to search for the ps5 version of the dlc. Once downloaded you can delete the ps4 version.

I have a couple one can you please include previous dlc with 100 dollar anniversary bundle? Not everyone can afford 250 dollars just to play the game and not be at a disadvantage to others after investing 100 in it also I bought d2 when it was still a paid game at 60 dollars not to mention a paid for warming and curse of Osiris just for the stuff I bought to be vaulted you did a dungeon and whole bit on avarice but bungie does not seem to practice what it preaches one more thing jotuun is over powered for a energy weapon pls nerf
