  • I've been restricted from Crucible for more than a month with no apparent end in sight. During Trials of the Nine players from the opposing team kept lagging out but I just thought that was due to the fact that I live in PR, were Huracane Maria hit the hardest affecting everything and it was believe that due to that the connection wasn't the strongest. It wasn't after the end of the Trials that I found that one of the guys that had joined via the "Find group" feature in Xbox was actually using DDOS. I had no knowledge of this until after the fact and after I found out I removed and blocked him on Xbox. Please review the restriction, I had no knowledge and no fault of what happened.

  • I pre-ordered Destiny 2 plus DLC on Xbox before main release. On my home console my account and my partner's account have been able to play the base game, when the DLC dropped last week only my account can play it. So now flashpoint is on mercury the content is hidden behind an £18 barrier for her account. This isn't acceptable, nor is it destiny / bungie have no accountability for it. And don't just say that's the way it is, because under any circumstances consumers have rights

  • Hi Kellogs, I have been trying to log onto destiny since yesterday at the start of curse of Osiris, but it won’t let me on because “my connection to destiny 2 servers has been lost” and the error code is “centipede”. I’ve tried all things I can think of, even switching to a LAN cable instead of WiFi

  • the enemies don't spawn and kicks me out and said an error code cabbage that happens on every mission I know plus I cant play with friends because they disappear and another error code pops up that is lettuce please help me and make a update that will help my game that I can enjoy your great game please

  • Hello, I was looking for a customer service email corn bungie but then I found this which I hope can answer my question. I was wondering about Iron Banner. You see, my parents are divorced and how it works is that i spend one week with my mom and one week with my dad. Unfortunately the past two iron banner events I have been with my dad. I was wondering if for season two iron banner dates were going to change or if they were going to stay the same. I’m only asking because in my opinion Iron Banner is the coolest event in Destiny. If anybody could get back to me on this I would REALLY appreciate it.

  • I want to transfer my characters from Xbox one to ps4 so I don't have to do all the work again. I know it can be done my friend did it with a gta 5 account. I was hoping it was possible for destiny 2?

  • When i bought destiny 2 it was supposed to come with a dbl xp buff..i never recieved it..not even in my postmaster and i did put my codes into bungie.net and i also got my coldheart.but never my dbl xp..also..when i got my codes from kellogs to get dbl xp for buying some poptarts ,put those codes into bungie .net and never recieved them either..dont really know what to do..but i do want my dbl xp boosts. . .

  • I have the digital deluxe edition downloaded on one account on my Xbox but my other accounts can only use The base game content. No coldheart or dlc. The account is my home Xbox. Even when I'm signed in, other accounts can't use it because it says they don't "own" anything and I can't reinstall the expansion pass because it's 0GB. I can reinstall the other extras but it still doesn't make it usable. Even though the dlc isn't playable yet I know they don't have it because it tries to make me buy it again. How can I fix this
