  • Hello. I had just gotten the stolen light transmat effect and applied it to a ship. I had one other junk effect i was trying to dismantle but i applied it by accident. I realized my mistake but too late. I am incredibly furious that i finally got something cool and one accidental button press made all that time and effort worthless. Please help me. I really want that transmat effect back

  • i hope u meant feel free to ask u because I was happily playing the new warmind dlc just after finishing the Osiris one last week Friday 11th may then I got back on the next day, Saturday and it said my dlcs were missing and that I have to buy them again, even though in my inventory I have a lot of dlc content. I’m also level 30 and 337 light and u can only be that if u have both dlcs which I do and I payed for but is now saying I don’t I then decided to delete destiny 2 then reinstall it, It didn’t, work at this point I was very frustrated. I don’t know if this is Bungies fault or my PS4s fault. Also in my downloads for D2 it has a locked symbol on the left side of the expansion pass which I bought when I first got the game could this have anything do with it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice u could give me on how to fix this problem that no one else seems to have (to my knowledge)

  • I purchased this dlc on the same psn account im attempting to play with and I have tried restoring licenses many times in settings. Thank you so much for even answering I will now try to reach out to PlayStation customer support. But if u do come across any new ways I could fix this frustrating problem then please let me know

  • Hello i was playing trials of the nine and was thrown out of the game i reconnected and had severe lag and then i get a message saying due to your unstable internet connection we have restricted your access to crucible iron banner and trials of the nine one of my friends said i got ddosed so im being punished because someone cheated i think this is a huge problem and i can't surely be the only one could someone from bungie please help rectify this issue please thank you

    Nothing to rectify. Looking at your recent pvp games, there were a few that had enemy/players dnf those games. If your connection was laggy (causing those players to either leave or get disconnected), then they likely reported you & Bungie determined your lag/connection was enough of a detriment to warrant restricting you. Also, Bungie wouldn’t punish you if someone else ddosed you (but you could get punished if you played on a team where a teammate was ddosing others).

  • I downloaded the new dlc and the money was taken from my account but I am still being asked to purchase it again. when I try to purchase it I get an error code saying I am not eligible to purchase this content. I cannot contact bungie so I cannot get my money back. any solutions?

  • Bungie i have destiny the collection and destiny 2 gold edition i have just tried to load up destiny 2 to play warmind dlc and it says that the expansion content is corrupted or missing and to re download so i did same problem still then i tryed destiny 1 and it is doing the exact same thing what the hell is going on

  • @kellogs Dear Bungie I have bought the 300 hundred dollar edition of destiny 2 and I have it redeemed on one of my other accounts by accident is there any chance I may transfer my data to my main psn account because I am a very loyal customer and I really need it on my main account you may ban the account I have it on at the moment from playing destiny but just please transfer it to my main psn account @huzzyaf_ the account I have it on at the moment is @Sreetkid2003 transfer it to my main please I appreciate and sorry for any troubles.

  • Dear Bungie I purchased a destiny poster back when the Sign of the Battleborn emblem was included with purchase I received the emblem code and used it on my account but when I go to the emblem kiosk it's no lot there and it should be as I used emblem code on date of receiving poster is there any way I can get it reinstated on my ps4 account if so please reply ASAP.
