I have the week off. Requested it months ago when I preordered. Had some time off to try out the beta too. I played it for a couple hours on the first day, and about an hour over the rest of the week, just to make sure that first day wasn't a mistake. It wasn't, so I spent the rest of the week out fishing. I'll probably use that week in September to go fishing because my time probably won't be spent playing D2. I haven't canceled my preorder but if I haven't seen a reason not to cancel it. The beta was just plain terrible. The only high points were the story mission, the strike and the Titan supers. The lows were the silly weapon system and the boring PvP. We are guardians with super powers who use those abilities on guardians and darkness alike. Instead of destroying the actual fun of PvP Bungie should've put in a game mode of random matches with no abilities. It keeps the sticks on the mud entertained and leaves everyone else to enjoy the actual fun of having super powers...the whole reason that made Destiny what it was, fun. The beta was not fun.
