Which Primary weapon type is the most efficient for PVE, in your opinion?

Scout works fairly well in all engagements. Solid dps and great accuracy.

Scout Rifles. They hit hard and you don't have to worry about range. Hand cannons would be a close second. Though they're affected by range, most fights are at closer ranges where they're still effective.
