So I notice that elements are listed under the "weapon mods" section...
Will we be able to use weapon mods to change the elemental damage it deals?
Obviously not for exotics (don't appear to be mods for those), but legendaries all have the same thing.

Seems likely. More choices for players to set up their gear is definitely good.
