Meddle With Metal not unlocking in Rise of Iron book
I completed the Wrath of the Machine raid on heroic a couple of weeks ago, and got the trophy for it, but it didn't unlock the progress in the Rise of Iron book.
The book is still tracking progress, because I got the 'A Life Exotic' part unlocked yesterday!
Any ideas?

You will need to complete the 380 light (i.e. Non-weekly featured raid) version of this raid for that node.
