Noticed earlier in my own gameplay that when you reload a hand cannon it takes the full clip out of reserve ammo no matter how many you currently have in the clip. Confirming if that's supposed to happen or if it's a bug.
In Lumi's Twitch clip above at 14 seconds he reloads his HC with 1 bullet in the clip. He has 62 in reserve. Once he reloads, reserve drops to 52 and his clip is full at 10. Is this meant to be happening? It wasn't in D1 so just making sure.
He reloads his pulse rifle immediately after. Clip is 33 and he has 9 in the clip with 248 in reserve, a difference of 24. When he reloads, he has a full clip of 33 and 224 in reserve. Works like you think it would and how D1 works.
Not sure which one you want it to be, but I think it should be consistent. I would definitely prefer it only taking the amount out of reserve to fill the clip. It's the future! Our guns are made from light. They can reload in unrealistic ways :D

There's a weapon mod for Hand Cannons which increases the Reload Speed dramatically, but whenever you reload you lose the entire clip (which is why it says "it wastes ammo").
