My xbox live account name is GuYTheStampede this happened around 8:35 AM CST Strike: Inverted Spire when "loading" into the last area of the strike, for the fall into the boss fight, the floor was not present and I just died hitting what should have been the floor but it was invisible. when i respawned i saw this Joining allies countdown and the game seems to be trying to put me in a new instance with people but it fails, i guess, and just kicks me back to my instance with the countdown timer again. I was playing it solo the whole time until this last part, and now i wont get any loot. I left the loop running for about 15 mins just to see if anything would happen but nothing resolved.
