POLL: Supers, grenades and melees take way too long to charge?

Yes, in both PvE and PvP

PvE is just fine but too slow in PvP

PvP is just fine but too slow in PvE

I think the super cooldowns are just fine

Please help Bungie better understand the issue at hand with the super cooldowns and how they could better it. Feel free to leave suggestions below!
