So I was so excited to play the beta today. I got home and finished getting everything done and logged on......and I feel like so far d2 is going to be PvP based. Why do I say that? I am a PvE player and hardly EVER go in the crucible. I get my enjoyment from doing raids and strikes and patrols with buddies. So naturally my favorite weapons are scout rifles and snipers. I am so disappointed that they have taken the scouts from the primary slot and moved the sniper to the power slot. I hate using hand cannons and auto rifles. That's why I stopped playing call of duty because I feel like it was a spray and pray game. I have always loved having precision weapons in both slots and then a heavy machine gun or rocket launcher as a heavy in case things get iffy. I found myself trying to shoot enemies from ranch (as I have done in all video games) with a hand cannon because I would run out of scout or sniper ammo and none would drop. If it did I would find it on accident because the boxes are not easily found. All in all I hope bungie will give us back scout and sniper as primary and secondary so others who like to keep things at long ranch like me can be able to do so without spraying and praying. Also if they make the boxes easier to find that would make it a lot easier.
