I think it is ok in PvE. Imo we players should more manage our ressources to win fights. The first mission in the Beta was more teamplay based (yes, teamplay in a prolog Mission because I met two other guys which was the other two classes and they stayed behind my barrier) than Destiny 1 was in every story Mission.

With 8 min Matches for Control. I believe supers should be able to charge up around the 5 Min mark. Just think of it like the 1 Heavy Ammo Drop. Its called Control, yet no mechanic that can change the course of the Control besides being a 4 man team shooter and try steam rolling. I say make the PvP super charge happen in the middle of the match. Not the last 30 seconds.

And if you do not get enough kills, no super for you in whole round. This is bad.
