If the titan shoulder charge doesn't kill in one hit then why does it have to build up like a grenade?.....pick one or the other

A guy was killing people using shoulder charge as a surprise attack when I was playing, worked well for him.

It has an AoE to it now, and infinite build up-time. Unleash it in a crowd of enemies in PvE and they get destroyed.

Nope. Excellent change to shoulder charge. I say leave it as is so people can't spam the sh** out of it
