I believe the issue is there are no boosts and atm to gain a faster charge speed for you super and that matches are so short. Control should undoubtedly have a longer timer and more point limit. Also the fact that Its 4v4 means you're fighting less opponents this you have less of an opportunity to get kills towards your super.
