Yeah clearly. I love primaries but the weapons are just too bad right now in the beta. And you're better off shooting than using any abilities anymore.

Supers and abilities were never meant to be used 24/7. They're for special circumstances and certain scenarios. Bungie saw that issue in D1 and made it more balanced in D2. (Pvp wise)

You are blind, either that or you just never truly grasped how to play Destiny 1, Destiny 2 isnt even in the same league, it's boring to play, it's boring when your not playing in the menus it is in all honesty a sorry excuse for a sequel to Destiny.

Dude pvp is a complete joke now, it's a shadow of pvp from Destiny 1, I couldn't in all honesty feel good about myself if I recommended Destiny 2, it is completely disgusting.
