Yes I've played cod love mw mw2 black ops and black ops 2. I'm saying it's slowly turning into cod simply because they are focusing on pvp just look at the two game modes in the beta.

Cod has the fastest ttk erverr with any crap weapon ....

Ok I thought you were talking about weapons being underpowered and such, which wouldn't make sense given how fast the TTKs are in CoD
