It isn't only streamers either. Achievement videos and even just helpful tip videos do this too. I went looking for new ghost shells a few months ago and that whole prologue from OP is nearly verbatim what these guys would say too. You could be forgiven for thinking that youtubers are all reading from the same script these days.
Fortunately, I found a video that showed only the ghost location (map or planet), how to find your way to the ghost, and did each one concisely. The video also had no voiceover at all! Imagine that, just the straight and to the point. That kind of video is FAR more likely to get a Like that one with 90 seconds of drivel to start. Or even worse, a video with loud, obnoxious music the whole time.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
