Why is there so much negativity on these forums surrounding Destiny 2? Yes, the Bungie team is making changes. So many people in this community sound like stubborn old geezers who are resistant to change, talking about "Back in my day..." It's a new game - changes are expected. Otherwise, you'd all be complaining because it's too much like Destiny 1. Personally, I'm excited for a fresh start.
I challenge you to write something you look forward to in Destiny 2.
I look forward to: seeing how the character creation will turn out. Will we have plenty more options to make our Guardian stand out from the rest? I don't like how my human character looks (and thus I wear a helmet at all times) and I desperately look forward to a fresh start.

Lack of potential nerfs.
-
Will luv the pve focus, dedicated servers, separation of weapon balancing, 60fps frame rate. No more trials🤥
-
Does a fresh new wave of muting people cause of crying on the forums and muting pc players count as looking forward to something?
-
Not wanting to play the shitty watered down game and doing something more meaningful with my time. :D
-
No more Host Advantage (assuming the did not lie when they said this)
-
I got nothing. not really looking forward to this at all.
-
The horrible review scores and pc gamers ripping it apart.
-
FREE DLC... Wait, that's Battlefront 2! Well, not looking forward to destiny 2 at all then.😒
-
I look forward to actual gun fights and laugh as I dont die from a sticky nade.
-
I look forward to the sun shot exotic Hand Cannon because I like to blow stuff up.
-
Another game that is unfinished and unbalanced. 😘 still love the game though

I'm looking forward to the variety in pve content. Hoping for a number of story missions in vanilla that equal the total we have now in d1 after 4 expansions. I'm excited to play lore discovery side missions, and thus far it looks like Bungie is making a good impression. I'm excited to see new pvp balance play out. And I'm excited to see how exotics, both weapon and armor, will optimize the new subclass play styles

I am looking forward to the new patrols, side quests, and lost sectors. They really seem to be fun and exciting, and the adventures actually seem story-mission sized, which is a good thing for me.
-
I look forward to raids raids raids raids and doing some raids then maybe a little pvp then some more raids.
I like to raid
-
So many more missions than in d1. Actually I like fixed rolls. I scrap every thing right now before I even look at It right now. I think this might make a better grind.

Just being able to really enjoy a game again. One thing I LOVED about Destiny 1 is that I can be playing a FPS that's fast paced, fun, and play with friends but not be in a competitive setting. Destiny 1 brought me back every single week because of the Reset and whenever new content is available. That's what I'm looking forward in Destiny 2. And now Clans are actually going to mean something in D2 plus there's all these side missions and Lost Sectors to explore to find more hidden gems. So I'm looking forward to A LOT of things in Destiny 2. Destiny 1 had it's flaws but, I harbor no ill feelings towards the game or Bungie.

Everything, I know that D1 has many flaws but still a great game and one that I have put a lot of time into and I think that I will put a lot of time into D2 as well.... Stoked for the launch
