Why Gary won't be destiny two's raid boss
Gary never would have wanted to take the travelers light if not for the consul, whom both share a connection such as Luke sky walker and empower palpatine.
Anywho, Gary is just a puppet.
The consul is the real enemy.

I'll would be impressed with bungie if they included him in the campaign mission and not in some stupid raid. At least I would have the chance to kick his head in and I think a lot of players out there would agree that this would be better

If we kill Ghaul by the end of the campaign, I'd be disappointed. He shows up, knocks us of our thrones, we do 18 missions, and bam, everything is back to normal.
