My Exotics

About a year and a half ago at the height of my playtime with destiny, I started considering some exotics I wanted in the game. I made a lot of armor pieces and weapons, but for right now I'm just gonna show some of the weapons I've made with any stats or perks I have for them. I won't include my hand cannon cause the exotic solar one coming out is pretty much the same gun. Here we go. Primary: Tempest (new weapon type, grenade launcher, primary version) "I am the chaos of the storm." Fire Rate: 70 Impact: 45 Blast Radius: 35 Range: 60 Velocity: 100 Stability: 55 Reload:30 Magazine: 16 Arc (PvP dmg if the shot pierces the target: Precision-180 (with explosive 240) Body-75 (with explosive 135) PvP airburst dmg: 60 Tempest is unique in that the rounds are also self propelled for a time and has increased range, with the rounds firing in a straighter line and longer curve. A hidden ability Tempest has is when you kill an enemy with an internal explosion, the target erupts into shrapnel that has a similar affect to firefly but has a wider radius and does more precise damage. Mechanics: like the 1216 shotgun, there is a cylinder like magazine with 4 barrels that you manually turn. The launcher is semi automatic and has the same fire rate as Jolder's Hammer.) -Tempest >This weapon gains bonus damage and bonus super energy from kills -Hurricane >Increased velocity (150) When fired you have the option to hold the trigger, allowing the rounds to bounce off of objects and pierce through targets. If you tap the trigger the rounds will burst in close proximity to targets and explode in contact with objects. Star Cutter (Scout Rifle) "I'll make sure your friends go with you." Fire Rate: 17 Impact: 80 Range: 34 Stability: 56 Reload: 23 Magazine: 14 Solar -Give and Take >When you reload, the number of shots you landed on your last target will be refunded and added to the next magazine -Sun Trap >When you kill a target they will explode into 3 focused bursts of solar energy that do damage to the nearest targets, and leave a short burn effect on the targets if it's a critical hit. Killing enemies with the bursts grant more ammo. (Think of a sunbolt grenade. The DOT lasts for 4 seconds and does the same damage as a sunbolt grenade. Landing 4 hits on a target grants 4 bonus shots to the next magazine. Killing 1 enemy with the energy bursts allows for 2 bonus shots, killing 4 enemies grants 8 bonus shots.) Thistle Break (Auto Rifle) "Stick around." Fire Rate: 100 Impact: 6 Range: 25 Stability: 75 Reload: 20 Magazine: 100 Void -Kinetic Projector >tapping (X) or (□) quickly activates a short range stun cannon that blinds and pushes away enemies (the front of the rifle will split to reveal the cannon and fire as soon as you tap the button twice. The cannon will need to charge for 1.5 seconds once it has been used.) -Shatter Grip >each shot allows the rifle to become more stable and slows enemies down significantly (the rounds have a slight bit of tracking and the stability perk is like having zen moment and focus fire put together. The rounds use a prototype liquid issued by Omolon that as soon as a round hits a target it slows down the movement of that target over time until it hardens over and becomes brittle, allowing it to be shattered.) Special: OS-D365 CARNIVORE (Fusion Rifle) "I desire to cause you fear such as you have never known." Charge rate: 12 Impact: 100 Range: 50 Stability: 35 Reload: 30 Magazine: 5 Solar -Apex Predator >This Fusion Rifle can be charged indefinitely and fires a single focused beam. Each kill increases armor and agility for a short time. Can be stacked. (the charge can be held while sprinting. secret perk is firefly. If you let go of the trigger the weapon will fire. If you switch weapons the charge will no longer be held. The armor and agility stats are increased for 5 seconds, each kill adds +2 and stacks 4 times, resetting the timer until it is maxed out. Lasts 11 seconds.) Axion Ripper (Fusion Rifle) Charge Rate: 60 Impact: 60 Velocity: 80 Stability: 10 Reload: 15 Magazine: 5 Void -Axion Ripper >this fusion rifle fires 4 darts that track targets when aiming (PVP damage is 56 per bolt, with perk 75) -Endless Path >getting kills with this weapon will increase the velocity, impact, and charge rate of the weapon for a short time (last 7 seconds and the stats increase with Velocity:100, Impact: 80, Charge Rate: 80, and the timer will reset after each kill.) -The Terror >if you aim at multiple targets your darts will split to do damage to all of them. Up to 4 targets can be tracked at a time. (1 target is 4 darts, 2 targets is 2 darts per target, 3 targets is 2 darts for the first target tracked and 1 dart for the next two targets, 4 targets is one dart per target) Trail Blazer(Sniper Rifle) "Clear a path and light and light the way." Fire Rate: 20 Impact: 50 Range: 20 Stability: 90 Reload: 30 Magazine: 7 Kinetic -Elemental Relay Holding your scope on a shielded target will allow the sniper to match the damage of the shield (visual effects on the rifle will show the damage type matched) -Gaze Unfading >The scope can see enemies through objects. (The catch here is that you have to use the scope zoom to find a target. To zoom in you hold the left thumb stick, allowing for a zoom that ranges from 4x to 20x, and zoom out with the right. Clicking both thumbsticks will allow you to see through objects. Using this function will change the sniper glare from red to blue) -Trail Blazer >This sniper now allows you to shoot through cover and pierce through enemies on the other side. (Shooting through multiple objects, however, will lower the damage per shot by 10%. Within range, shooting a player will deal 245 damage as a body shot, and 635 damage to the head.) Heavy: -Ascension Collider (Primary Rocket Launcher) "I have seen light you cannot comprehend." Fire Rate:100 Blast Radius: 15 Velocity: 60 Stability: 100 Reload: 20 Magazine: 60 Arc -The Collider >This launcher fires a full auto salvo of tracking missiles that can lock onto targets when firing from the hip and when aiming -Light Bearer >When a group of missiles are launched and hit a target, they will sometimes cause a blinding affect on other enemies -The Tiger (Rocket Launcher) "I HAVE THE POWER OF A GOD!" Fire Rate: 40 Blast Radius: 50 Velocity:100+ (300) Stability: 75 Reload: 70 Magazine: 4 Solar -Aggressive Ordinance >This launcher fires high velocity explosive shells instead of rockets -The Tiger >Each shell has more velocity(400), and a bigger blast radius (70), along with a larger magazine (6) Iron Banner Centauri's Lance Speed: 55 Impact: 60 Range: 60 Efficiency: 80 Defense: 10 Energy: 90 Magazine: 85-95 Kinetic This sword is a blade made up of 4 linked parts, allowing for longer ranged melee attacks. When using it, the swords blocking cabalities aren't as good as other blades, but makes up for this by having the highest damage output of all swords. >Pressing X or □ will allow you to quickly switch between special attacks -The Iron Whip ◇---{====> *Holding right trigger will allow you to swing forward multiple times causing the blade to split into multiple parts and unleash a flurry of devastating blows (you now, as a special attack, swing your sword at enemies as if it were almost a whip. Each piece of the sword now breaks off and spaces out to not only deal damage in an area around you, but to multiple targets at a longer range than normal) -The Iron Lance ◇---{= = = = > *As an alternative, RT or R1 while airborne or on the ground to charge up your swords energy and shoot the blade forward for a powerful and directed attack. When using this attack, the blades power can be charged at the cost of its energy. (This means instead of using 3 ammo for each special attack, your sword can use up to 20, with the damage matching the amount normally met with a bonus of 15% per energy point. The cost is it takes 10 seconds to fully charge the attack.) Trials of Osiris The Golden Chariot of Ra Speed: 50 Impact: 80 Range: 20 Efficiency: 80 Defense: 30 Energy: 80 Magazine: 50-70 Solar -Gem of Osiris >Your sword allows you to smash into the ground, sending out multiple waves of solar energy that destroy your enemies. (The special attack will make the user hit the ground with both hands, similar to the secondary attacks on the sword of crota. Each hit sends out three separate waves of energy that slightly home into targets and cause them to explode and chain explosions to other enemies.) There are a few other weapons and plenty of armor pieces, but I mostly wanted to post these to see what other people think.

  • Wow someone needs to go back to weapons school your auto rifle sucks. If want a real auto rifle here is a example Rate of fire: 700 - 900 ( based on a colt m4 carbine ) Impact: 30 Range: 50 Stability: 85 Re-loading: 90 Magazine: 30 The rest of the perks you can choose your self.
