I love destiny been playing it for years now
But I have one question why dose PlayStation have Better stuff [armory][/armory]
-
Because you didn't complete year 1 moments of triumph
-
Cuz Sony paid more than Microsoft to get exclusives
-
$$$ n mou.
-
It's because of corporate marketing bullshit.
-
I played on PS4 since beta up until a couple months ago. Out of all the exclusives the only worthwhile things were: Year 1 Hawkmoon (was awesome actually) Echo Chamber strike (nice strike) All the multitude of other exclusive were meh and would either go straight into your vault (weapons, armor) or you'd wished you never had them (PvP maps, strikes).

-
Because someone at Sony gave them money for the exclusive.
-
So you paid Activision for a lil extra something. That something is exclusives.
-
They don't really. Pros: Jade Rabbit is okay. Echo Chamber is a good strike. Cons: I haven't been killed by a Zen Meteor in over a year. Sector 618 and Icarus are both pretty bad maps (I'd be happier if they weren't in rotation) Ships & Sparrows (LUL) Only a few of the armor sets are even decent.
-
It's not really better. Really meh actually. Not missing anything.
-
Politics! Gaming politics and money.

Edited by Sturm with no Drang: 6/23/2017 9:31:43 AMSimple, really. When the company of Bungie itself split on bad terms with Microsoft they needed a good bit of funding to help with game making, so they sided with Activision and Sony eventually came along and paid them a sport of cash so that they would be able to entice players with exclusive gear and cosmetics to lure players in with the appeal of playing on a PlayStation console. This was both a successful and haphazard strategem seeing as how most of the players familiar with Bungie already had some sort of gaming experience with them, most of whom were players on the Xbox consoles.
