This chapter is a crossover with KSeth27, where his character from Blank Slate (Keis-51) makes an appearance. My story takes place in another timeline, so whatever happens in it does not affect KSeth27's story.

It was the strangest thing. One second the skiff was right above us. The next moment the area around the edges of my vision turned liquid as if i was under water. The next thing I knew I was ten feet away from the explosion in midair above the city. Then gravity took over and we fell, plummeting toward the base of the wall. We hit hard rolling in the dust. I scrambled over to Jedesia.
"Are you alright?" I asked.
"Just peachy." she groaned.
"Sorry. I don't know what happened." I said.
"you blinked!" Hex said in amazement.
"I closed my eyes because I thought we were going to die!" I said defensively.
"No, I mean you teleported." Hex said.
"I did?" I asked in confusion.
"Yes you did." Hex replied.
"It was weird." I said.
"it's usually a very hard skill to master." Hex said.
"Hex." I said. "Take us back up."
Suddenly we were back on top of the wall.
"Well back to the fighting I guess." I said.
"Thank you." Jedesia said. "For saving my life."
"And mine too!" Cassie said.
"Your welcome m'lady." I said with a grin.
She laughed and ran off. I watched her go. Her hair bouncing up and down in the sunlight as her helmet appeared around her head. Suddenly Hex was in front of my face.
"Hey, no daydreaming! Focus!"
I pushed him aside and looked around. Where was Keis? I spotted him sitting with his back against a barrier set on the edge of the wall holding something in his cupped hands.
"Hey Keis!" I yelled. "Come on. We need to get back to the fight!"
He didn't move.
"come on Keis! Not the time to be spacing out!"
He still didn't respond.
"Keis wake..." I froze. There in Keis-51's hands was the burnt remains of Blanc.

Oh you did NOT just kill Blanc. Keis is going to make those Fallen wish they had never been born
