I normally help various LFG people with raids. It's fun, I get to enjoy watching others finish raids, but as a day 1 of all Destiny raids and sherpa, I am baffled by this situation: Vault of Glass. Atheon fight. Apparently I was kicked out of a fireteam for not knowing the raid mechanics. In year 1, during damage phase, if the relic holder accidentally tilted themself and touched the corresponding rock in center mid, Atheon's splash damage came through the relic shield. According to a Y3 VOGer, that does not happen and proceeded to kick me because I simply stood where you normally don't get that. Has that been patched? Can you really stand, as he said, in the dead center and take no damage now?
