The Wail is the must buy, but pretty much solely on the virtue of everything else being less appealing. Triple Tap and Firefly will serve you well, but Explosive Rounds can mess with crit damage, but it does essentially bump up the abysmal base range stat so it comes back around. In PvP, HC users rejoice as Arcite is selling what I would consider to be a perfect Palindrome roll. Icarus for almost perfect in-air accuracy, Rifled Barrel for more consistent shooting, and LitC for those crispy two-taps. There's also a couple of good MGs, a nice alternative to MIDA in the form of Angel's Advocate, a Parthian Shot which isn't quite a laser beam, but still has a solid poll of perks, and a Party Favour which offers an alternative for anyone who still doesn't have a good PDX-45.
