Yes 60fps is an enormous difference from 30fps. There is no argument there. We can't say that Destiny 2 will 100% run at 30fps on the Scorpio. Bungie could make it so that PVE is 60fps on the Scorpio but it runs at a 30 tickrate in the Crucible to make it an even playing field.
