Implying that destiny 2 is too technically demanding to run at 60fps on the newest consoles is absolute bollocks. Firstly, it looks like a cross-gen game, like Destiny. Secondly look at a game like DOOM, one of the most visually impressive games in the same genre, running at a steady 60fps on a standard PS4. It's easier to blame the hardware than admit that you don't care to put the effort in.
