Mine popped up 2 weeks later. You just have to wait a bit.

Log out of your account and then relog in, should pop when You load up destiny. Failing that, go to change account or whatever it is next to change character. Worked for me. Good luck

I tried both those methods before. That and the hunter mastery are masked behind slow bungie acheivments
