Disagree.
1. Most people who have played the Crucible in well-staged 4v4 private matches have spoken highly of it.
2. Bungie clearly didn't like the speed of play and the "chaotic" nature of 6v6 play. In fact in an interview both Weisznewski and Merrill expressed their open dislike of it, and preference for 3v3. IMO, many of the really unpopular changes to the Sandbox were due to that dislike for the speed and "chaos" of 6v6, and trying to tune it out of the game by nerfing everything into the ground.
If 4v4 is a workable compromise position that will give Bungie the team-based play the want...but without nerfing the armory into the ground or restricting play styles....then I consider that a step forwards....not backwards.
It will also simplfy management of the sandbox, and hopefully increase the odds of them getting it right.

Why not just add 4v4 on top of 6v6 then? Lol

Because the people within Bungie who control the Sandbox don't like it either. I like 6v6. Its pretty much all I play in the Crucible. But if giving up 6v6 means all the OTHER crap that's been done trying to slow down 6v6 goes away as well....that's a trade I'm willing to make.
