Will our save file be tied to our bungie account? Basically, if I have both pc and ps4 versions of the game, can my stuff be linked between the two platforms (the same way ps3 and ps4 were linked)? Might buy both if this is so.

No. Files will most likely be separate and not shared between your PC account and console.
