Yes and no. You can moderate any post you dislike or deem inappropriate (or just don't want on the wall). Scroll over the post, and click moderate at the bottom next to the report option. You, however, cannot make edits to posts on the group wall. [spoiler]In order to do so you have to be an admin of the group/clan. I notice you are not of your current clan so will not be able to moderate wall posts.[/spoiler]
