Take a Knee + Transversive Steps (Warlock)
Take a Knee is a underrated perk.
Transversive Steps eliminates crouch slow virtually in PVP, thus you are almost at 100% speed while walking.
Therefor you can take advantage of the perk which drops on weapons in all three slots.
My suggestions for Take a Knee perk is for pulse rifles (PDX-41 class) or (Parthian Shot class), Snipers of your preference and MG (Unending Deluge III class with slight deviations) all with high stability rolls for fastest kill time on target (Headshots).
Voidwalker is my preferred subclass but with Stormcaller the Pulsewave node could benefit you even more.
Give it a go, I don't think I've seen anyone really use this before besides me. Let me know!
Edit1: Snipers can drop with Take a Knee so you can be ultimate TAK in PVP. Ps: I've dropped Titan skaters with this TAKtic.

Take a Knee also lowers hip fire spread down to close to 5-10% spread so hip fire snipes are ridiculous.

Using surge on voidwalker is also really good for this build.

You can also, I believe, crouch in stormcaller. Not many try this that I've noticed.
