*WORLDS FIRST* Guardian with 5000 strange coins!!!
This should have been posted a few weeks ago but I was busy dumping my life savings into purchasing an underground bunker in preparation of World War 3
But..
I'm excited to announce that I have accomplished another worlds first feat! 5000 strange coins!!
It took a lot of hard work, skill, and dedication to get here but I did. With the constant nerf of rewards to prolong my playing time, it was no easy task but I EARNED my coins
I would like to thank Bungie, my friends and family, unemployment checks, and God for giving me this opportunity.
Bungie, I will gladly accept any of the following awards.. A trip to the Destiny 2 reveal on May 18th, a trip to E3, THE FATE OF ALL FOOLS (cough), A special Strange Coins emblem, to be featured in a community focus article, or a poster of my favorite character, Cayde 6, to hang above my bed.
I love all my fans, but this is one of the reasons why none of our stuff gets progressed into Destiny2. Sorry!

I've got around 500,000 glimmer in my vault. Idk why, old habits from iron banner I guess.

1 ReplyNot true. My buddy has 7500 coins and almost 40000 motes. Never used them on his Xbox account. He has never bought heavy synths, except with glimmer or ether seeds, he has never used Xur. He never donates towards faction rank. He never upgrades his gear via motes or infuses items, yet he still has damn near every good roll weapon out there. He also is 19 and never had a job -living with his mother, so there's that.... . . . .

Edited by vaylon1701: 5/13/2017 1:38:44 AMHate to tell you this but nah! Just a few weeks ago I had close to 9700 strange coins and just before rise of iron hit I had 16000+ motes of lights. Been playing since day one and really never found anything to use the two items for, so they just accumulated. I did level up my Futur war cult a bout three weeks and that took a chunk to get to level 50. Leveled up Dead orbit to level about 40 levels to see what I could get. and have about 500 heavy ammo on each toon and a vault loaded to the brim with them. Except for heavy and leveling up factions, their pretty useless. Although, if I remeber correctly, having a huge bankroll did help me level up to max light in the first 3 days of Rise of Iron. Since nothing else is coming, guess I will go blow my wad on dead orbit again. PS: I think I hit 5000 motes sometime in year one and 5000 strange coins in year 2.
