PSA:Forza Horizon 3 DLC expansion 2
Well I thought another Forza player would post this. Well it turns out I was wrong.

The second expansion is centered around hot wheels. There will be a new location themed towards one of our favorite toys growing up, along with I believe 10 or 11 cars.
I haven't seen the trailer since yesterday, but I believe the dlc launches May 5th.
