is there a way to get in contact with bungie directly? even a general email would suffice.
so like the title says i need to contact someone who would have say in the matter of bans and reports. a player had reported me for cheating, however i just have really terrible connection... the last thing i would want to do in this game which ive spent over 500 hours since last august and have enjoy each and every minute of it, is to cheat and take away from other players the enjoyment of playing this game.
i just want to try and nip this in the bud before a ban is implemented, my stats are all kinda average and they'd probably be artificially much higher if i was to stoop so low as to use cheats in this game.

2 RepliesThat's what they have these forums for. If they had a phone number or email address, they would never have a chance to actually get to all of them anyway. Bungie's policy is to not overturn, or talk about bans, or restrictions. There is no appeal process to use. A player sent you a message saying he was reporting you. My advice, don't fret over it. If you wasn't cheating, you have nothing to worry about. I doubt anyone who has played crucible long hasn't been reported. I know I have gotten two messages claiming to have reported me, my connection is pretty good, and I don't know how to cheat. If however you are worried about your connection getting you restricted for a week or two, there is a section somewhere on this forum that will help port your router to make it a bit better. Also make sure you aren't watching netflix, or other stuff while playing.
