They removed all skill requirements from IB bounties because of the crybaby whiners that could not reach level 5 otherwise.
It is not surprising to me that they are now picking a game mode that also minimizes the need for playing skills...

I'm a game type that only requires to play in order to get rep and only requires certain actions to complete bounties, well, why does skill even matter? It never has. They're doing it for the hell of it. Just go with it and have fun.
