Maybe because kids come in without a clue of what they are doing. It wastes everybody's time if you have to teach a -blam!-ing 8 year old how to work the pillars in kings fall. Its easier to set parameters so you don't get stuck for hours. Not everybody has all day to carry annoying ass kids that use -blam!-ing hard light on golgoroth.

I can not tell you how many times some kiddo says he is 400 light, has the emblem, and is not a squeaker, joins the party and next thing you know some chipmunk on helium starts squealing dont kick me.

However it is not my job to babysit somebody else through their first raid when i have less than 2 hrs to run crota. I am not responsible for other people, and if it was my intent to do carries, i would have provided that in the lfg post. If i post that i need an experienced player, and somebody who is not, i should not have to feel obligated to help them in any way especially if i am pressed for time.
