LOLOLOL you're funny. My grimoire is under 5000 yet I've been around playing consistently since Beta. Just checked my total time played on XBOX last night... 72 days of play time. I like that you decided sub 5000 grimoire disqualifies people from raiding with you but you have a problem with others making their own rules. Saturday night four of our normal 6 wanted to raid and we picked up two randos from LFG that had never beat Aksis before (cleared raid with ease). Not everyone is toxic.
