Need some help recognizing a sound effect.

In this video, very old, there is a scene where the CReator goes around a corner and spots an enemy. Before he shoots, the camera freezes and you hear a sound effect that sound like japanese/Chinese gibberish. I heard it before, but cant remember what it is from.
