The internet is public domain bro. Anything you post online in a forum or social media outlet, unless certain circumstances come to fruition, is free to copy and redistribute. Unless you tagged yourself, and used quotations, you yourself didnt say it. Especially since your quote was, in fact, quoting someone else.
