Did you play video games as a kid? When did you start? What consoles, and how many games per console did you have?
I've been playing on all the best consoles since Atari 2600-ps3, (excluding Xbox). And I still have a massive game library, games flooding from Tupperware containers. All want to say is those games are the best because of no dlc, and no internet connection required. And the reason I say this is because those games you had to be great to get what you wanted from a game. You couldn't depend on ingame stores to help you with ingame money, weapons and gear. You had to be focused and learn from mistakes. Today games like destiny don't teach kids that. And destiny 2 gonna be worse. This is part of the reason I never got a ps4..

I've been playing destiny now for almost 3 years and I must have missed the store that sold weapons that took you through raids or flawless without practice. Seems to, that I've been playing games as long as you as well. The games are still the same, practice makes you better. Now if I game offers an in game store that allows you to buy op weapons and armor then you don't need to practice. I've never seen that here. Furthermore, if you honest with yourself. You would have loved dlc for those old games you speak of. More story to continue playing, we all would have. Instead back then we didn't get more story slowly feed to us to keep you involved and invested into the game. We waited for a full priced sequel. Don't get me wrong, each way has its benefits but don't knock either way.
