Carries aren't going to stop if something like ToO exists, sorry to say. Bungie doesn't enforce their own terms of service so take it up with them.

I don't mind carries, I just really don't like account recoveries.

Same lol, most people who do recovs and run stacked are too mediocre to carry. And I really don't get how you can just trust some guy with your account.

I beat an account recovery player in trials. He was actually garbage though. But I hope ToO is either kept out of D2, or reimplemented in a different way.

If we have anything even close to ToO there will be carries, I guarantee it. I can bet there will be one too.
