This is the dojo official bio page! Feel free to copy your stuff from the old group and post it here if you need to. If you are new, make your bio here!
What is a bio?: You Bio describes who your character is and what they can do. Upon joining, please make a bio for your character. Before making your character, know that olden day characters(such as medieval characters) will likely be trumped by superior technology as well as future tech. The dojo is based in the present day.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE EACH CHARACTER TESTED. ONLY ONE.
If you are bugged by the dojo posts. You have a mute button. Use it. It's much faster than you making a post showing a lack of intelligence to use a mute button!
Edited by Orn: 4/13/2017 11:06:32 PMName/Identification: 17O, also known as Operator and Olive. Age: Unknown, though believed to be somewhat young. Description:
YoRHa Unit 17O "Olive" is an Operator android; a unit that is preferred to issue out and direct commands, information, and more, both to combative androids upon the planet and to the YoRHa Commander. At a average height of five feet and ten inches tall in total, 17O's bodily structure is lean, although it is curvy and ample as well. Her facial formation is angular, although smooth as well, while her eyes remain a light blue color. The Unit's hair is a platinum blonde color, cut short while there is a slight twirl to the right side.
Pod Abilities: P-Shield:
The Pod projects an energy shield in protection to Olive, which defends her against melee attacks for approximately five turns. It is extremely effective against energy melee weaponry.
M-Shield:
The Pod projects an energy shield in protection to Olive, which defends her not against melee, but instead ranged attacks and firearms. While guns can harm the shield, energy weapons are nigh useless against it.
Decoy:
Creates an illusionary image of Olive, which draws foes to its location and fires upon them with locked missiles.
Repair:
Emits a beam which begins to temporarily repair and heal Olive and fellow androids/machines in or after combat.
Scanner:
Pod emits ultrasonic waves over a large area in order to detect items and people of interest with ease.
Weaponry:
YoRHa-issue Blade: A twenty-four inch long katana-like sword, sent out to each and every YoRHa unit in action. Intended for making CQC quick and efficient. The blade is curved for more slicing capabilities. Black Box: Each YoRHa unit is equipped with a "black box", which is located within their chassis, somewhat like a heart. The black box is a recycled part of a machine's core, and emits blinding energy before exploding - killing the unit in a final flash and whatever would be unfortunate enough to be near it. ((While most information about Black Boxes in NiER is unknown, it was capable of killing three Goliath-class enemies instantaneously, so....yeah.))
Background:
Once an Operator within the Bunker upon the desolated NiER version of Earth, Operator 17O "Olive" was tasked with assisting the YoRHa android 13B upon the planet of Tatakai, in order to study the Dojo, combat, and lifeforms, in some hopes to develop ways to eliminate the Living Machine threat upon the planet, and to reclaim Earth for humanity. 17O was obviously willing to do so, although it secretly broke her heart to leave the world that she had grown to love - and due to a protocol of restricting some emotion, she could never let that sadness out. She remains calm and composed, although Olive is an extremely emotional at heart. Or in her case: at core.
Faction:
YoRHA - "For the glory of mankind" A faction dedicated for the survival of humanity upon an Earth that is infested with "Living Machines", YoRHa began to send androids to combat the forces of the droids - and Operator 17O was among those forces. Due to her background, she tends to be more hateful to machines that are not affiliated with YoRHa.
