I just want to know if I preorder destiny 2 for Xbox one, so I can play right when it releases, then when the project Scorpio console comes out will destiny 2 be released on that console? And if so will my destiny 2 account transfer from the Xbox one version to the project Scorpio version?

I think its absolutely going to disappoint and destroy any hopes of it running at 60fps on Scorpio. Sony has bungie's balls in a vice due to the exclusive content that will no doubt be in destiny 2 . As seen in destiny 1 the exclusive content of armour sets and exotic guns ect will no doubt spill over to every sequal they make. This is SONY's big F U to Microsoft because of Scorpio pissing on the PS4 pro. The war is real and it will be up to Microsoft to pay bungie for the rights to a patched version of destiny 2 to have it run at 60 fps or above for their console to shine. This is the hard truth off the matter and bungie is solid on sticking with the 30fps cap for consoles just because of the P.O.S Pro cant handle 60fps. it wont be true 4k at 30fps more like upscaled 1080p which will look nicer but wont be true to its name. But I suppose after months of cramming this game down our throats thee hype wwill be so bad people just wont care they will just hand over their money and get a half assed game like they did back in destiny 1. Be prepared to shell out a lot more for the future DLC's to come the first two are just the beginning just like destiny 1 they will be short and sweet you'll see.

Scorpio is not its own console. It won't have its own games, it'll be just like playing on an XB1.
