Given the open world games for 2017 Destiny 2 will have a lot to live up to if they attempt to match it. A new engine is great but what they focus on is another story.
No sense it getting hyped when there's been nothing official about content or actual gameplay.
Mass Effect Andromeda had gameplay trailers over a year before game was released. We've gotten nothing for D2 and this game releases this year?
That should tell you something.
I keep riding the reality train and let that hype train crash and burn.

Bungie has to release it this year, or activision contractually acquires loads of bungie shares. Im sure bungie will pump out whatever they have, done or not.

I can see a complete game that is way more linear or an unfinished game with tons of "DLC" lol

Hopefully it has a open world like ghost recon. It's freaking huge!

If they do it like that then we would be confined to a single planet the entire game. Excluding smaller zoned dlc planets. Like me:a the explorable areas, in my experience so far, have been quite small. EOS and haveabanana planets. EOS being larger of those 2.

No media release = scared to death. I think BUNGLE has made D2 a PvP based shooter like Overwatch or Titanfall and they're holding back so they can try some sleight of hand with the hype. I'm not buying anything with BUNGLE'S name on it till I see some skin.

Making d2 a pvp shooter is suicide. The better option woild be dropping pvp completely considering how toxic that portion of the community is. And how much it ruined metas over and over.

I know it. But for some reason Bungie is in love with the streamers and trying to recreate a Halo style PvP in Destiny.

Considering they had been planning and developing Destiny 1 since Halo 3, the fact that they can release a new game within the year the first game ends makes it pretty sketchy. But hey I'm no developer with $500m to blow on getting rid of my musical genius and lead visionary. :^|

Activision has decided to make Destiny 2 a CoD cashcow without raids. Hopefully I am wrong. I will never preorder that or buy it before a week or two have past and we know for sure what we are getting into.

Mass effect is trash so who cares? Years and millions of dollars to make a pos that has tons of bugs. So glad I got a Nintendo switch and Zelda that game is amazing and was worth the wait and the hype. Just from destiny 2's picture alone i can tell they are gonna put more story into it because we got nothing like this before any of the dlc or main title launch of destiny and this one picture alone has so many questions to ask.

??? Destiny asked a thousand questions and in three years none were answered to my satisfaction. I love Destiny but from day 1 to the end of Triumphs this game failed to evolve. In fact, it devolved. So I will be wary. The only thing I know for sure is Bungie was pushing toward competitive PvP. That doesn't square with my vision of Destiny

Done about 15 hours on ME:A so far and I've very much enjoyed it. No bugs encountered. Yes the facial expressions could be better. I'm wondering how many hours you've done to call it trash?

It has an occasional bug some that stand out some that dont. But tge trade off is high quality combat gameplay, smooth and fluent. Pretty good story and characters even a few memorable characters. This game is massively overly hated on because of critics over hyping it. While what has destiny done? Rehashed old content time and time again trying to pass it as new content, over pricing dlc content, the game has a ton of glitches, cant balance the meta ever, servers are still just as unstable as in year 1, bungie has lied to there own community time and time again and gives us such little info about up coming stuff. I could go on for so long. Now dont get it twisted im actually a huge fan of destiny. But youre gonna tell me a photo means destiny 2 is gonna be better then ME:A? Nope. Infact everyone getting so hyped over this photo are the EXACT REASON we can get burned by bungie again. When everyone gets so hyped over dumb shit like a photo thats just a big ass 2 it reminds activision they have there hands in our pockets. And theyll release a buggy POS. With no word of fixing any of he garbage. At least with bio ware we already have word of them working on them fixing the animations and bugs for free rather then waiting for 3 months before ANY word on a fix.

I haven't encountered bugs yet in ME:A. Could be luck, but it's been enjoyable so far.

Waot till you get about 50% through you will experience some bugs.

It happens later does it? Oh well I can handle bugs when the game is fun to play (cough Fallout 3 cough cough). I do genuinely hope D2 is incredible though. D1 is over for me now I think.

Watch for crashing. Itll almost never happen off your ship so save often on your ship.

If anyone listens to reviews now a days ur doing it wrong. lol I watched and listen to review about andromeda. Don't regret my purchase next to horizon best game this year so far in my opinion. In content it's got horizon beat.
