Well shoot. While we were busy messing around with the Vex, Hive, and Fallen. The Cabal, just walked right into the city, and attacked, like... "Weren't there supposed to be some guardians, or whatever those space zombies are called, protecting this place? Whatever..."

The titans are meant to protect the last city (tower) its in the lore soooooo.....titans failed maybe?

We do protect the City and we have. Against the Fallen, twice. But I'm pretty sure this is a result of orbital firepower. I'm willing to bet at that point in time, the Cabal haven't even begun their main offensive. Let's not underestimate their Emperor's fleet
