How does everyone like their steaks cooked? Medium Rare is my preferred. You get a hot flavorful/juicy steak, while with Rare I feel like the middle is usually room temperature at best. Anything cooked more just destroys the flavor in my opinion.
Also, for those that don't like steaks cooked below Medium because of the "blood", that's not blood it's myoglobin.
