How do you like your steaks cooked?
How does everyone like their steaks cooked? Medium Rare is my preferred. You get a hot flavorful/juicy steak, while with Rare I feel like the middle is usually room temperature at best. Anything cooked more just destroys the flavor in my opinion.
Also, for those that don't like steaks cooked below Medium because of the "blood", that's not blood it's myoglobin.

Rare. I find the steak loses flavour if cooked anywhere beyond that

Medium to medium well, although it's been so long since I've had just steak not in a foreign food form.

Medium rare is absolutely the correct answer. Most chefs agree it's the best and the USDA food safety indicates its the exact temperature at which any harmful microbes are destroyed.
