A black man entered a bus around 11 AM PST in front of the Cosmopolitan with a pistol or long gun. Updates from police radio and an officer on the scene 12:32 - homicide team arrived 12:33 - There are still people on a first floor bar right next to the scene. A few officers are going to keep people out of the area. 12:34 - 2 victims, 1 dead 12:36 - Black female probably injured lying face down on 2nd floor of bus (info comes from two people that escaped bus) 12:36 - shooter is black 12:39 - negotiators and swat are on the scene 12:46 - the police have not seen the suspect (barricaded the windows somehow); interviewing 2 people that got off the bus 12:46 - SWAT is "moving in" 12:56 - The Sheriff has taken direct control of SWAT (just to note, most Metro officers don't like him, and this has never happened before in Vegas) 13:01 - cops with shotguns and rifles aimed at the bus are ordered to stand down 13:12 - apparently everyone is off the bus except for the wounded/dead black woman 13:13 - Cosmopolitan security footage showed him getting on the bus with either a long gun or pistol 13:28 - A small robot entered the bus 13:35 - Some raandom guy that sounded like he had autism went on the frequency saying random shit. Main radio operator asking him if he was on of the responders to the incident, then he went silent 13:44 - A warning over the radio to "prepare for loud noises" probably flashbangs 13:46 - order sent on the radio to move media helicopters out of the area 14:05 - order for people to take cover 14:08 - the guy picked the robot up and threw it off the bus 14:14 - suspect called in for a negotiator 14:25 - negotiator is talking with him 14:43 - several shots heard from inside the bus 15:15 - suspect threw gun out of the bus and surrendered
