Petition to bring up Skolas to year 3.
Let's do this guardians.
Skolas was amazing and we had him relevant for only 3 months! We need to have him brought up and Perfected as well.

I remember the five hours spent getting the Skolas kill in year one. More than three of the hours were waiting for the heavy ammo cool down to end. One clear was enough
