I started playing Destiny in 2015, when it was released. Played 2 characters, without xbox live gold. Been grinding since Taken King was released and found it nigh impossible to level up past level 34. I can't even use the Level 40 Hawkmoon i grinded out with strange coins. I'd really appreciate it if Bungie somehow fixed this by altering how the light level system works. Alternatively, it'd be extremely helpful if fellow guardians were able to point out any mistakes I've made in terms of game mechanics, or any misunderstandings I've had in terms of how to get past level 34 without xbox live gold.
